Lightning on the First Day of August

Late in the evening, a weak thunderstorm moved in from Hungary. It was very slow, but by the time I got to the location several smaller cells in front of it already started to rain, so I couldn’t stay long. Nevertheless, I managed to catch some medium-distant lightning, roughly 10 kilometers away.

Earlier in the evening the Moon could be seen floating in the hazy skies.
